This sale has approximately 1000 pieces of wall art of various mediums (oil, charcoal, ink, print, and more). Music equipment (amps, lighting and more), tools and home improvement supplies, regular household items, many pieces of silver trays etc, furniture, decor, refrigerator, military fatigues, dog gear and large kennel, office items and equipment, and so much more! This huge house is packed!​

Terms: 

All sales are final. We accept and prefer cash, but also accept debit and credit cards. Buyers must bring own help to move purchases. All purchases must be picked up by the conclusion of the sale on the last day. A security system is in use. 

Standard Estate Sale Bids: Bids will be considered on items tagged $50 or more that are not "excluded" from bidding. All bids must be at least 60% of the tagged price. If you bid you are legally contracting to purchase the item should your bid win. If your bid does win, your item must be purchases within the first hour of the sale on the last day. For example, pick up will be between 1pm-2pm if the sale opens at 1pm on the last day. Winning bidders will be notified the evening before the last day.
